In this project, Berae supplies the complete H-T metal baghouse dust collector system and acts as the manufacturer and supplier of sintered metal fiber filter elements, which are the core filtration components of the system.
Process Challenges
Process gas temperature up to 400–480°C
Presence of corrosive components such as SO₂, SO₃, and sulfuric acid vapor
Ultra-fine dust particles (1–10 μm, including sub-micron fractions)
Risk of acid condensation near dew point
Strict requirements for system sealing and temperature control
Extremely low ambient temperatures (down to – 47°C)
These conditions require a filtration solution capable of long-term operation under high temperature, corrosion, and fine particulate loading.
